Using My Gym Pass!

After buying my gym pass yesterday, I get to use it today! Yey!

We went in and Jeric went straight to the treadmill while I had to meet with an agent to set me all up. She was sooo pushing for me to get a trainer. HA! No freaking thank you. That's extra spending that I totally don't need.

First day of 730? Stair master.. or so I thought. Jeric suggested I do the stair master to work on calves/legs instead of doing the bicycle. So I went for it. But the thing is, I thought the elliptical machines were the same. Boy was I wrong! LOL! So I ended up doing the elliptical instead. Whoopsie! At least I burned more than I would've if I cycled for a mile.

After cardio, it was time for strength again. We both worked on arms. Did some bicep curls, dumbbell tricep extensions, chair dips, and hammers. Had to use 8 pound weights because there's only one 5 pound weight that we can see. Yah, 8 pounds was so hard, but I still managed. My left arm was always close to failing near the end of my reps. Hahaha. I also totally do my chair dips wrong. LOL. Jeric showed me how to do it correctly though, and yah, definitely felt more of a burn!


It always feels good to complete our workouts!
