So we went and got me signed up. Man, though, the agent guy was totally pushy. He wanted me to sign up for a package now. And I was like, I'm just gonna do the 3-day pass and then if anything, buy the 2 year deal from Costco! And he was like, well, what I recommend is that before you make a 2 year commitment, why not pay for a few months first and then see if it's something you can commit to. Homeboy, please! I know I can commit. Wont spend $350 on it if I wasn't committed! LOL.
And then, he totally had to give me a tour of the place. Like, ugh, I just wanna get on with my workout. I even explained that I've been before and know how it essentially works AND that my husband is a member and knows all about the areas. But still, he took his time showing me all areas. I know it's their job, but lemme help you out by not wasting your time or mine? Ya know?
Anyhow, I finally got situated and can finally start working out. Jeric barely got himself a treadmill by then. I totally wasn't gonna run (hate running). So I decided to cycle. And oh my, it seemed so easy! I cycled for a good 20 minutes!
Afterwords, Jeric worked on shoulders while I did arms. I had to look up some exercises online. But they worked! Unfortunately, I was stuck with 8 pound dumbbells. Nothing smaller. Bummer!
Gotta say, I love the gym!
Move of the day?
