Last time, I was like total pro on the cycling machine. Today, not so much. My muscles are still feeling from a few days ago! Haha. Seriously, they were like STOP dammit STOP! So, I did as much as I could handle. It was still enough to warm up my body and burn some extra cals tho. Ahhh, a little bit bitter sweet. But hmmm, I think I may want my own membership! Jeric showed me some new machines that helped workout the back. Like hammers and pull-downs. I did finish my machines before he finished his weights, so while standing around, he had me do side dips. You basically hold a weight in one hand and then lean your body to that side, letting everything drop as far as you can and then lift up back to a straight position. Good to work | ![]() |
