Boots 2 Asses.. Bring it!

We're hitting the gym again today. Can't stop. Once we stop, we'll get super lazy! We went to a different location though. Went to the one in fullerton. Also got me some cute comfy shorts and a new water bottle!

This time, I finally really did the stair master machine. Hahaha. It actually has steps! Durrrrrr. Anyhow, I programmed it for calorie burner for 20 minutes. I did want to stop mid way through (my thighs were on FI-YAAAA!) but I pushed myself to complete the whole thing. I ended up walking up 71 floors, which was equivalent to a mile and a half and burned 115 calories. Woot. I don't care too much about the
burning calories part.. not about losing weight, about gaining muscle!

When I was done, I checked on Jeric and he was only about half way done with his run. He told me to walk around some to keep my body warm, instead I found a free treadmill and walked on that. Just walking though was boring, so I upped the incline to lvl 8! Easy walk, but works out muscles. Woot. I also got hulu+ working on my phone so I was able to catch an eppy of The New Girl! Also, the walk ended up burning more calories and when Jeric was done, i was at 80, so I had him wait til I burned 85 so that it would be an even 200!

As for strength exercises.. we worked on back. We did 3 back machines! Hooray! Totally loving them.

Cool part of the day? Feeling that muscle burn!
