Oh well, there's other ways to up the ante. Like increasing lbs on my weights! Today was biceps day. So after our same o' cardio sesh.. me on stairs.. jeric on treadmill.. we worked out our biceps. I normally do 8 lbs and feel alright. Never do I feel sore. But today, there were no 8 lb weights around, so I was forced to use 10's. I was a bit apprehensive, but now I see that I NEED to do 10 lbs! My biceps were sooooo freaking sore! Well worth the increase, that's for sure!

Oh yah, I also added in squats! Woot! Must work them legs and them gluts!
