Anyhow, with all of that stuff finally complete, I had plenty of spare time. Which meant, I had to help out one of the owners. I mean, I didn't HAVE to, but I already said I would.
She's basically helping out her Niece who is making preparations for her daughter's debut.
Ahh, the good ol' debut. I'm seriously glad I didn't have one. It just wasn't my thing. And if you don't know what a debut is, it's basically a big celebration for when a girl turns 18. Filipino tradition. Glad my parents went American on that one.
Back to helping out. They seemed to be in way over their heads with planning this debut. So, I guess it's good that I can help them out. Several weeks ago, I helped them save money by printing directly onto their RSVP cards. Apparently, when the had the template sent to the Philippines, they forgot to include meal selection. And for their court, I added two of the flower girls, because it was forgotten.
This week, since I'm all caught up on major tasks, I now have the joy in helping them with their place cards. And, I guess it's a bit flattering because they are using my design as a basis for theirs. So, with my design in mind, I totally created hers for her debut.
Here it is!

Like mine for our wedding, but very different. Her colors are blue and yellow and then, since it was her debut, I choose Minnie Mouse heads with a blue bow. Came out nice!
