Spinal Adjustment

I met with the chiropractor yesterday because I wanted my spine adjusted. Of course, they couldn't just adjust my spine. First they had to give me a rundown of some info on the spine and what it does and then they had to ask me some pertinent questions, which lead to more knowledge about the human body.

I basically went there for like a consultation yesterday.

Today, is a review of my x-rays and then my first session! It felt good, but a little painful. Apparently it's supposed to be painful. Because every time I asked, the Dr. said that the pain was normal. After my first session, he wanted me to come back Thursday and Friday!

The problem with that is, my insurance doesn't cover these visits and it's $37 a visit! I did end up cancelling the visit even though I know my body needs it. They are willing to work out some payment plan, so maybe I'll set it up again.
