My brother was at Disneyland and called me to meet up with them for a bit before they head to my parent's house to watch the Lakers vs Clippers game at 12:30 pm. But unfortunately, I couldn't go because of all the laundry. I did try to see if I can make it to my parent's house, but that also didn't happen.
At around 1:00 pm, Jeric came home from basketball and I was almost about done with laundry. So I finished up the last of it while Jeric took a shower. And then we both headed to Disneyland for a quick go at Toy Story Mania and Tower of Terror.
We ran into Duffy Bear along the way!
This time it was for 40 DDDs. I was currently at 10, maybe 20 if the Lakers lose (which they pretty much looked like they were gonna do anyways).
This was a super close match. Although, I was leading for most of the rounds. At least until the alien stage (it's always this dang stage). That's when Jeric stole my 5k targets and was ahead by 15k after the stage finished!
I knew I had to work really hard to win. So I did. I totally know I did too. I got all the 2k targets at the bottom and went as fast as I could at the end. And it totally paid off! Although, Jeric begs to differ. He thinks there was a glitch and that there was no way I could catch up! Typical response. I didn't beat him tho, but he didn't win either! Hahaha. We TIED!!! LOL. Bet is null and void!
Afterwards, we didn't have enough time for Tower of Terror because Marky got off work and was heading home and then we all were going to head out to Chino Hills for Wrestlmania XXIX.
Wrestlemania XXIX was held at Ivan & Kelly's in Chino Hills. We brought some chips, dip, beer and pizza! The chips and dip Patrick and Ally brought were delish. There were some seasoned veggie chips and then some healthy pita chips and the hummus dips were oh soo good. Especially the pesto one.
Before Wrestlemania started, most of the guys took a dip in the pool. When we got there, a lot of them were already in there and it was also a little bit chilly, but still Jeric wanted to take a dip. He ended up staying in the hot tub the whole time. Hahaha.
As for Wrestlemania, it was meh. Actually, in most of there words, "This wrestlemania sucks!" Hahahaha. It was fun to watch though. :D And apparently they're now taking odds in Vegas??
And there you have it, the end of our weekend. Boo, not looking forward to waking up early tomorrow. Ugh, why can't they make it close to equal and have 4 days of work with 3 day weekends!?!
