B2A Back In Action.. We're Gonna Go HAM!

I was pretty dang sore when I woke up this morning. Waaaay more sore than yesterday. I think it wouldn't be so bad if I worked out yesterday. But today, I feel that it's going to be painful because of how sore I am. Still, I agreed that we will go today!

I also started the 30 day squat challenge. Which basically starts u off at 50 squats on day 1 and then increases every day til you eventually do 200+ on day 30. If you google it you can see a bunch of different challenges. Well, challenge accepted!

I actually did my 50 squats at work this morning too. No one was in the office, why not!

As for our workouts at the gym, we focused on triceps. Used the pully bar. We even made it harder, which made it really feel like we were workin it. Basically, we'd pull the bar down using our triceps and then hold it for 3 seconds before releasing. I gotta tell ya. Holding it down is pretty dang tough. When Jeric did it, I totally saw his arms shaking! Hahaha. And when I did 'em, I felt like I was shaking too!

After that were chair dips, but not the standard ones where you use your own body and dip off of a bench, but the one where you sit in a chair and push on levers that are attached to weights!

On these you have to slowly release and that's how you work out the triceps. I failed a few times here! Hahaha.

Normally after our strength workouts, we'd call it a day and go home. But not today! Jeric wanted to throw in an oblique work out and I totally did p90 abs!

Yup, we totally went HAM!!

And as for a celebratory meal? Subway! Eat fresh! Hahaha.
