After work, we both started to prep our iPads for some workout routines. Jeric's already on his second day, while I start my first. But first, we head to Costco for some delicious hot dogs.
We each had one and a half. :) Then went right back home to finish prepping our iPads.
Now it was time to head to the gym. I was still sore from Monday's workout. Especially my legs! Darn those lunges.
Anyhow, you know those workouts he found yesterday? Well I found one that's supposedly is Blake Lively's routine. And it seems pretty doable. But it is a circuit workout. I gotta go through each move's first set, but one move right after the other without stopping. And then I rest for a few minutes and repeat for the second set and then again for the last set. I'm also supposed to run for 15 minutes after that.
Well, I was only able to do 6 of the 8 moves because I didn't have a step stool thing and then for the triceps, I was no where near a pulley machine. Oh well, 6 out of 8 isn't bad. I was definitely dying for the first set too. So, for the second set, I decided to lower my reps from 12 to 8. Even then, it was tough, and I was seriously about to stop then and there, I somehow found the energy to complete the last set! Woohoo! But.. there was no way I was gonna get on the treadmill and run for 15 minutes. Gotta wait til I can go through these sets better.
Well, there you have it! Finding new routines is actually pretty fun!
