![]() | After seeing a post on facebook about lobster nachos at California Adventure, I HAD to try them! So, I told Jeric about them and we headed straight over to The Cove Bar right after we got off work! The Cove Bar's right behind Ariel's Grotto. Funny thing, I never noticed a bar/food area here before. Jeric said he's seen it before. I must really not be paying attention to my surroundings. LOL! Anyhow, the service was horrible. There was a line to be seated and sadly, the line was for both tables and seating at the bar. Yuck! And the wait was about 30 minutes!! The thing is.. that alone wouldn't have been enough for us to rate their service as horrible. But, not only did we notice, but the couple behind us and some other guests in line all saw that there were 3 empty tables all cleared and set for the next customer and there were also 5 empty seats at the bar! One of the guys in line even decided to as the host about it and the host replied that he couldn't divulge why those seats are left open. What?? What is this, some sort of top secret spot where some crazy celebrity had the seats reserved? Seriously, that's ridic! Anyways, line moved along, and we were finally next. The host asked us.. do u want to sit at the bar or at one of the open tables. We picked tables. And the host was all like, "ok, wait here a moment, the table is still being prepared." But we both clearly saw |
Well, that was that!
We finally got seated.. and at least our waiter was super kind an really attentive. Got our order right away and not too long after.. the nachos arrived!

Gotta say, they were pretty damn scrumptious!! We devoured every last piece!
