My Mom's Famous Casserole

So I finally am going to learn exactly how to cook my mom's eggplant casserole. It's my fav and Jeric loves it too! So, definitely a must learn for when we have our own place.

You start off with a nice plump eggplant. Cut it into slices and steam it.


Then, you brown your ground beef, add seasoning, and then cook it thoroughly.


Now for your sauce mixture. Which uses milk, cottage cheese, eggs, and butter.


It's a two part sauce mix.


Then you layer the meat and eggplant with sprinkles of parmesan cheese after every layer of eggplant and top if off with mixture.

Tada!


And then bake it 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.

YUMMM!
