Healthy Din Din

Been eating healthy again. This time chef Jeric broiled chicken breast after seasoning it with garlic & herb seasoning from Mrs Dash. We also added some brown rice, cherry tomatoes, and grilled sweet yam.

Definitely a great post-workout meal! Healthy, lean and full of protein!
