Our normal gym day. Although, this week, we're striving to hit 4 times! Hope we can keep that up. I need to bulk up like no other! My scrawny bones need muscles!
I just worked on triceps and obliques today while Jeric ran a mile and worked on abs.
Nothing special.. just our normal shindig. AAAAnnnnddddd.. no pics! Whoopsie! Hahaha.
