Shredding, Building, and P90

Today we start a month long of following a meal plan to shred fat and build muscles. Jeric found this 7 day meal plan to start. He didn't realize it was only for 7 days. Haha. But it was too late, we already bought all the food.

Here's what we got..

Regular Oatmeal, Egg Whites, Banana, Asparagus, Chicken, Brown Rice, Tofu, Walnuts, Protein Shakes, Salad.

5 Meals a day!


So far, it seems manageable. Let's see how well we make it through! Hahaha.

I'm also getting back on the p90x horse! Haha. I figured I can do it right this time. No more wussy 3 pound weights! Gonna do 10!
