Works out better though because I've never gone and I've already seen Medieval Times.
Anyhow, things were going great. Mike and the boys, except Matty, met us in the parking lot and then Joan, Matty and Gil came not too long after. After we checked in, Joan bought some bandanas for the boys and we went in.
We were there a bit early, so we all hung out and chilled while we were served hor d'oeuvres. I was afraid to eat though, since I wasn't sure if I was completely well yet. The best were the sweet corn nuggets. Yumm. The boys disappeared for awhile and when they came back, they all had guns or knives and stuff.. hahaha.

When we finally got settled into the show area, our pirate that we were supposed to root for, the yellow guy, gave me a task. And seriously, I was just like, I gotta do what now? Apparently since I was sitting at the edge next to the flag, I've gotta hoist it, but at a specific time. Supposedly when he goes up the ladder after the song. The instructions were lame though! Because there was a song AND he went up the ladder.. but OOPSE! Wrong time! LAME! I hoisted it and everyone started hollering and waving at me. I thought it was cause I hoisted it too high, but nope, that wasn't it. Hahaha. It's okay, it gave us all a laugh and chance for a great story!

Our chicken, which I barely ate. I wasn't really that hungry to be honest. oh well, I was told I wasn't missing much. I guess the chicken was ubber dry.

The dessert. I had some of it, but barely made a dent. At least this was delicious.

Lastly, our wonderful group picture!
