Cubicle Deco

One of our co-workers is getting married to another of our co-workers! They actually met at work too. Since Maria, the bride-to-be, is on a really small time with a bunch of guys, we thought it would be nice to throw here a little work Bridal Shower. We're cube neighbors after all.

I had the task of decorating her cubicle, so I went to Party City and found all the cute bridal stuff. The groom-to-be did give us some ideas based on her favorite colors and likes. She loves pink and animal print, which is oh-so-perfect!

And a pretty mylar balloon attached to her chair so it would move around with her.

The decorations were done before the end of our work day today (Thursday) because tomorrow is her last day before she leaves to get hitched. We wanted her to come in on Friday and be utterly surprised! Bummer that we won't be able to see her reaction in person, but her team/cube mates said they'd record it on their phones for us.

She was definitely surprised! There were also plenty of goodies to celebrate the day with her.
