I'm still on the stairs. And Jeric's still running. He was only supposed to do 2 miles, but ended up doing 3. Which was coo, cuz it pushed me to do more as well. I set myself to do 20 minutes on stairs with a break after 10, but since he kept going, I was able to add another 5 minutes! Woot. As for strength exercises, we worked on our back today. All machines. One like rows, one where it was like sit-ups but for your back! Hahaha. The last one I don't have an idea on how to describe. We also had muscle milk today. Jeric had a bottle left over in the fridge, so I got to try it before buying a large tub of the mix. Gotta say, it was delicious! And for being called muscle milk, there's no milk involved. So that's definitely good for my stomach. LOL | ![]() |
