I'm trying to up my weights, but it is tough. Normally I lift 10 pound free weights and throw in the 12 pounds for certain exercises. Today, I tried using 12 pounds for most and 15 pounds for some. It did work a bit, but I found myself doing way less with the 15's. They were effing heavy! Hahaha. Oh well, being able to do the bulk with 12's... still a major improvement.
